The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services.
FrenzTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice, subject to settlement of outstanding dues.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
